This Subprocessor List identifies the third-party service providers that may process Customer Personal Data on behalf of Van Lierde & Co in connection with the provision of Asset Navigator.
This list forms part of the Asset Navigator Data Processing Agreement ("DPA").
Van Lierde & Co operates Asset Navigator primarily using its own infrastructure, systems, and software. The number of third-party Subprocessors is therefore intentionally limited.

Asset Navigator uses hMailServer, an open-source email server software, for sending emails.
The hMailServer software is operated on Van Lierde & Co's own infrastructure. Van Lierde & Co maintains and manages the relevant infrastructure and email system.
Because hMailServer is operated and maintained by Van Lierde & Co rather than by an external service provider, hMailServer is not listed as a third-party Subprocessor.
Van Lierde & Co may use Microsoft products and technologies as part of its own technical environment.
Microsoft is not currently used by Van Lierde & Co as a service provider processing Customer Personal Data for Asset Navigator.
Microsoft services and related settings that would result in Customer Data being processed by Microsoft for the provision of Asset Navigator are not used for this purpose.
Accordingly, Microsoft is not included in the current Asset Navigator Subprocessor List.
Van Lierde & Co may add, remove, or replace Subprocessors where reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, or improve Asset Navigator.
Where required by Applicable Data Protection Law, Van Lierde & Co will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to its Subprocessors.
The current version of this Subprocessor List will be published on the Asset Navigator website.
Where applicable law provides the Customer with a right to object to the appointment of a new Subprocessor, the Customer may exercise that right in accordance with the procedure set out in the Data Processing Agreement .
Van Lierde & Co requires Subprocessors that process Customer Personal Data on its behalf to provide appropriate data protection and confidentiality commitments.
Van Lierde & Co remains responsible for its Subprocessors to the extent required by Applicable Data Protection Law.
