The Service enables users to document, visualize, and analyze dependencies between assets including, but not limited to:
Applications
Reports and dashboards
Datasets
Data lakes
Databases
APIs
Data flows
Integration components
Business processes
Technology platforms
Other business or technical assets
The Service is intended to improve visibility, impact analysis, governance, collaboration, and decision-making.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities performed under your account.
Providing accurate account information.
Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access.
You may not share your account unless your subscription explicitly permits it.
4. License to Use the Service

You agree to:
Keep Confidential Information confidential.
Use it only for authorized use of the Service.

These obligations survive termination of your use of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, documentation, graphics, interfaces, workflows, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of Asset Navigator and its licensors.
These Terms do not grant ownership of any intellectual property.
10. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, or other feedback regarding the Service, you grant Asset Navigator a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation.
11. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may:
Perform maintenance.
Modify features.
Add or remove functionality.
Suspend access where necessary to protect the platform or comply with legal obligations.

all errors will be corrected,
or all results will be accurate or complete.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asset Navigator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business interruption, or data.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asset Navigator, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from:
Your use of the Service.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your Customer Data.

Material changes will become effective upon publication or other reasonable notice.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of law rules.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Geneva, Switzerland, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
